By accessing or using RemediAX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of RemediAX, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Description of Service

RemediAX is an AI security platform that provides:

Automated vulnerability scanning for LLM-based applications
Guardrail generation and remediation recommendations
Security reporting and compliance documentation
CVE monitoring and threat intelligence updates

3. Authorized Use

You may only use RemediAX to scan and test systems that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized security testing of third-party systems is strictly prohibited and may be illegal under applicable law.

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for illegal purposes or to facilitate attacks on systems you do not own
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without prior written consent
Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Platform's infrastructure

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at nileshvary@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

RemediAX and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Nileshwari Kadgale and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The open-source components of the Platform are governed by their respective licenses.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that scan results will be complete or accurate. Security testing results are informational and should be reviewed by qualified security professionals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemediAX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
